As a Vice President, Director and Manager, her extensive background in corporate sales and executive management positions her to address issues corporations face today. Companies are dealing with a  workforce  expected to do more with less along with a new emphasis on work/life balance, making it difficult to apply Industrial Age thinking to today’s employee. How can management effectively address the needs of their employees while maintaining production and sales? Holistic Leadership Training assists corporations in finding their core purpose, gives all leadership a voice for expression while collective changes are made to be a better organized company. Experienced in Lean concepts, she is currently helping transition businesses to employ more holistic concepts into their structure, while still maintaining the basic tenants and metrics necessary.

As an executive leader of more than 25 sales executives, she regularly led leadership and sales training seminars along with one on one mentorship to assist her staff to find their own power and success. Her coaching practice has helped innumerable people understand their core purpose and work to fulfill their personal and career dreams.
